Wine Label Design
Bibendum Wine
I was commisioned by Bibendum to design the following labels, they are still being produced proving timeless design works
Working within strict limited print production budgets, I created the design, illustration, typography for these and many more
which never saw the light of day
El Cobrero, Chile
Copper wire illustration & delicate typography, the metallic base label was the printed with a transparent 'copper' wash,
the negative space then overprinted white, and finally overprinting black to reveal the white & copper type

Spy Mountain, New Zealand
Illustration, Icon & Design, fern designs reflecting New Zealand heritage, 4 specials including silver plus UV varnish, die-cut label.
This one was a bit special as it was the only one to have a relaxed print budget, nice paper too, printed and produced in New Zealand by the wine estate

il Banchetto, Italy
A long line drawing of a long lunch, 2 colour label, it's a banquet, obviously...

el Muro, Spain translates as 'the Wall'
Torn paper 'wall' & treated aged type

The Paddock, Australia
My first ever wine label,
Picked up by major hospitality sporting events, brought in a lot of sales for Bibendum

Acacia Tree, South Africa
3 colour embossed label
